Apartment in Turin (Piemonte - Italy)

It is a beautiful brand new apartment (bought last December) fully furnished and equipped, therefore I’am looking for nice and quiet people, preferably a couple.
The apartment is 65 sq. meters, located near Borgo Dora (where all nice bar and restaurants are), 5 minutes walk from the city center and very well served by public transportation (just down the street). There are two rooms (disposed on two floors), with kitchen and bathroom, complete with two double beds, washing machine, TV and DVD player, bedsheets, towels, etc.

The rent is 80 €/day for the couple.
